Cast your vote

Another first Tuesday in November, another statewide election. No political seats hang in the balance, but significant changes across the state and locally are up for grabs.

Temple voters will decide whether liquor laws will loosen, while Belton residents will mull over the choice to build a new middle school.

The measure in Temple would allow hard alcohol to be sold in package stores. In Belton, the bond election would help build a new middle school near U.S. 190 and Avenue D in Belton.

On Tuesday, voters must cast ballots at their respective precincts, which will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

11 propositions to amend the Texas Constitution will also be on the ballot.
