Retail sales in Central Texas will grow nearly 10 percent per year through 2014, if projections issued last week by a leading state economist are accurate.

Dr. Ray Perryman posted a special report on Texas' economy that says the Temple metropolitan statistical area will grow in population, economic output and jobs. This MSA includes Temple, Killeen and Fort Hood.

He forecasts growth for all the state's MSAs.
