Scott & White expects to open a new clinic in West Temple by the end of May 2011.
Officials from Scott & White Healthcare System, city of Temple and Kiella Builders participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for the $3.7 million project on Thursday. The clinic is being built off Adams Avenue in the Westfield area.
