Contracts, Leases & Bids

-- Consider adopting a resolution:

1. Authorizing a construction contract, in the amount of $830,507.25, to Odell Geer Construction Company for the Skyline Avenue/Everton Drive Extension Project, including utilities; and

2. Authorizing Change Order No. 1 to the contract in the amount of $42,150 for sidewalks and handicap ramps.

-- Consider adopting a resolution amending the development agreement with the Seitz Group for possible Loop 363 right of way in relation to development of the Temple Towne Center project.

Miscellaneous

-- Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a street use license for the Nazareth House, located at 1103 South 9th Street, Lot 1, Block 7, Watters Addition, to allow an encroachment of 2.2' for the existing accessory building and fence in the West Avenue K right-of-way.

-- Hold a public hearing and consider adopting an ordinance approving an amended site plan for a previously approved Conditional Use Permit, allowing mini storage warehouses, as required by Ordinance No. 1842, on approximately 1.92 acres of land, commonly referred to as Outblock 410-A, City Addition and the T&S Tomasek Subdivision, located at 2616 West Adams Avenue.

-- Hold a public hearing and consider adopting an ordinance authorizing a zoning change from Agricultural District (A) to General Retail District (GR) at 4200 South 5th Street, on approximately 1.45 acres of land, commonly referred to as Outblock 725-A, City Addition, at the southwest corner of the intersection of Canyon Creek Drive and South 5th Street.
