Customer Service Representative
The Temple Daily Telegram has a full-time position available
for a customer service representative.
The primary responsibility for the position is providing
outstanding service to the Telegram’s subscribers, interacting
with them on the phone and in person. The customer service
representative handles and resolves complaints in a friendly,
professional manner. They take customer orders and payments;
enter and update information for current and new subscribers
in the circulation computer system; compile reports necessary
for managers, carriers and the accounting department as well as
additional duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated customer
service experience and computer skills. They will have good
written and oral communication skills. They will be detail-oriented
self-starters who can handle a variety of assignments, completing
them on deadline and without error. They will have a positive
team-player attitude.
