Planning a wedding can be a daunting task, but having access to numerous local vendors and businesses in one place can make the endeavor much easier and more enjoyable. The 11th-annual Bridal Showcase, presented by the Temple Daily Telegram, will offer more than 50 local businesses, two style shows, door prizes and more for brides and families who are planning weddings.
The 86th annual Pioneer Day, presented by the Temple Daily Telegram, will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic and Convention Center.
The event will include live music, dancing and lots of door prizes. Pioneer Day is free and open to the public. The event honors the history and heritage of Temple and its citizens.
The doors will open at 8 a.m. and registration will begin immediately.
The HMMM Barbershop Quartet will perform 8:15-8:45 a.m.
The Temple Daily Telegram’s 13th annual Day for Women, presented by Academy Sports and Outdoors, will take place 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18 at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic and Convention Center.
