A man shot Thursday night is hospitalized in stable condition, officials said Friday.
Temple police are investigating the shooting that occurred at about 9:44 p.m. in the block of Canyon Creek Drive.
The name of the shooting victim has not been released.
City of Temple spokeswoman Kiara Nowlin said the man was taken to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple and was in stable condition at 4 p.m. Friday.
“The detectives are still actively working on the shooting from Thursday night,” she said.
No suspects have been identified in the shooting.
